וַיִּזְבַּ֣ח אֲדֹנִיָּ֗הוּ צֹ֤אן וּבָקָר֙ וּמְרִ֔יא עִ֚ם אֶ֣בֶן הַזֹּחֶ֔לֶת אֲשֶׁר־אֵ֖צֶל עֵ֣ין רֹגֵ֑ל וַיִּקְרָ֗א אֶת־כָּל־אֶחָיו֙ בְּנֵ֣י הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וּלְכָל־אַנְשֵׁ֥י יְהוּדָ֖ה עַבְדֵ֥י הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃
Nagkatay si Adonias ng mga tupa, mga baka, at mga pinatabang baka sa tabi ng batong Zohelet, na nasa malapit sa En-rogel; at inanyayahan niya ang lahat ng kanyang mga kapatid na lalaki, ang mga anak ng hari, at ang lahat ng mga lalaki ng Juda na mga lingkod ng hari.

Achitophel said to Avsholom, "Let me choose twelve thousand men and I will arise and pursue after Dovid tonight."

I will reach him [when] he will be tired and weak. I will frighten him [suddenly] and all the people with him will flee and I will strike [only] the king himself.
